16 Americans are beginning the adventure of a lifetime in the exotic terrain known as the Galapagos Islands. These survivors come from a wide variety of backgrounds, but over the next 39 days they will live amongst the animals and insects while competing in the ultimate challenge. 16 people all from different walks of life forced to work together and make a new society while battling the elements and each other. They must learn to adapt or they will be voted out. In the end only one will remain to claim the million dollar prize and the title of Sole Survivor.
